We do not accept return and exchanges unless a product is defective. You are advised to be present during delivery to inspect the products for defects and inform the delivery team on the spot in the event defects are detected. The delivery team will promptly assist to arrange for a replacement.
Yes, you can. Upon checking out, please select the “self-pickup” option. We will arrange for the item to be received at the showroom and email alert will be sent to you once the item arrives.
It is important that you register your bed within one month of purchase. Once registered you will enjoy a 25-year guarantee covering key elements of your bed. However, do note that the guarantee does not apply to mattresses used without a Savoir box spring and excludes toppers. Please follow the care instructions for your Savoir product to ensure that your guarantee remains valid.
All Savoir beds made to order and produced at our Savoir factories in the UK. As such, do expect a lead time of approximately 12 weeks.
